Northeast at a Disadvantage
Due to change of seasons, Northeast players can only get outside to play baseball a few months a year; this is why players from the South represent the majority of competitive players in the top programs in the nation. This is another reason why it's imperative to train harder, smarter and longer!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
There is no shortcut in achieving optimum fitness. The more time and effort put into your workouts the faster the results. With the professional instruction that our trainers provide we will be sure that no movement is a wasted movement therefore there will be no wasted time! Anything you do takes time and knowledge, allowing us to provide you with the best instruction and teaches you the correct way to move your body during exercise. This in turn will make your performance on the field second to none!

PRIVATE LESSONS…

In private lessons trainers can give personal attention which allows them to spotlight your workout. “One on One” work allows trainers to focus on you! This also allows the trainer to quickly correct any mistakes or concerns that you may have. Private lessons are personal and the fastest way to achieve your goal.

GROUP CLASSES …
Group classes are a great way to get the motivation to continue working out. They allow for people to work together to achieve the same goal. At the same time allow athletes to get a better idea of their fitness level. Working together in a group puts more eyes on the student allowing for a competitive and efficient way to get in shape in a comfortable environment.

NUTRITION SESSIONS…
Nutrition is the fastest way to turning meals into positive energy that can be used throughout the day. THIS IS NOT A DIET! But a way to burn calories efficiently even when not working out, these sessions supply suggested food list.  As well as tips on when and what to eat enabling you to turn your body into a calorie burning machine. As an athlete you have to intake different amounts of food and beverages than the non-athlete.
